Corporate accounts are priced per seat, not per booking. Each seat carries a minimum Credits commitment to your team's pool, refreshed every cycle — and a minimum number of seats applies to every account.

Can I have more than 6 guests?
Yes. Six guests are included with every booking at no extra charge — beyond that, additional guests can be added for a per-guest fee. Talk to us for current rates for your account.
How many bookings can I make at once?
One live booking per seat. A 5-seat account can have 5 bookings running at the same time, across any of your linked cities.
What happens if I need more credits?
Top up your team's balance anytime, at your account's rate — no need to wait for the next billing cycle.
Can we access the common areas if there's no booking?
Common-area access outside of an active booking follows standard studio policy at each location — your account team can confirm specifics for the studios you use most.
Do our credits expire?
Corporate accounts are built for longer credit validity than a standard membership. Exact terms are confirmed when your account is set up.
What is the cancellation window?
